President/CEO

Mr. Morales is a Certified Building Contractor and a Licensed Real Estate Broker responsible for Morales Construction Company’s day-to-day operations. He graduated from Wofford College with a bachelor’s degree in finance and has more than 40 years of experience in all phases of construction, including field supervision, project management, estimating, project development, and executive management. His project experience includes custom homes, warehouses, shopping centers, golf clubhouses, churches, banks, automobile dealerships, grocery stores, restaurants, and office buildings.

Mr. Morales has been a member of the board of directors and President of the Northeast Florida Builders Association, WJCT Public Television and Radio,  American Heart Association, and the Cummer Museum of Art and Gardens. He is currently a member of the Board of Directors for the JEA and The World Affairs Council of Jacksonville.  He was appointed by Governors Jeb Bush and Rick Scott to the State of Florida Judicial Qualifications Commission and served as its Chairman in 2014-15.  He is a Florida Home Builders Association director and a past board member of HabiJax and the Rotary Club of South Jacksonville.
