	RICARDO MORALES, JR. Founder and Chairman The Morales Group

Ricardo “Dick” Morales, Jr., of Jacksonville is the Chairman and CEO of
the Morales Group, a real estate development and construction firm. Mr. Morales received his bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. He is a Florida Certified General Contractor and a Jacksonville entrepreneur, the founder of Morgran Mini Warehouses, Morales Construction Co., Inc., Morgar Realty, Inc. and Phillips Highway Commerce Park LLP. He was an organizing director of the Enterprise Bank, since sold to Compass Bank, where he continues to serve on its local board. In 2005 he was reappointed by Governor Bush to the JAXPORT Board of Directors where he currently serves as vice chairman. His many civic involvements have included serving as chairman of the Salvation Army Advisory Board, president of the Rotary Club of South Jacksonville, treasurer of the St. Vincent’s Hospital Foundation and currently vice-chair of the Ambassadors of the St. Vincent’s Foundation and a board member of the American Cancer Society. He has also served on the boards of both the Jacksonville and the Florida Chambers of Commerce; the Mayoral Commission on Small Business and Small Disadvantaged Businesses and in 2004 was honored with the NCCJ Humanitarian Award for his contributions to the Jacksonville community.
