Mr. Morales is a Certified Building Contractor and a Licensed Real Estate Broker, and is responsible for the day-to-day operation of Morales Construction Company. He is a graduate of Wofford College with a bachelor’s degree in finance and has more than 30 years’ experience in all phases of construction, including field supervision, project management, estimating, project development and executive management. His project experience includes custom homes, warehouses, shopping centers, golf club houses, churches, banks, automobile dealerships, grocery stores, restaurants and office buildings.
Mr. Morales is, or has been, a member of the board of directors of the Northeast Florida Builders Association, the Florida Home Builders Association, WJCT Public Television and Radio, HabiJax, American Heart Assciation and the Cummer Museum of Art and Gardens. He was appointed by Governors Jeb Bush and Rick Scott to the State of Florida Judicial Qualifications Commission, and is the current chairman.
